Blair Health has raised CAD $4.24 million in pre-seed financing, its first institutional round, to expand its platform that enables generalist providers to deliver specialist-level women's health care. The oversubscribed round was co-led by BDC's Thrive Venture Fund, Accelia Capital, and Ogaei, bringing total funding to CAD $4.5 million. Since launching in May 2025, over 2,300 women have signed up, with employer pilots converting into annual contracts. Blair's clinical models encode specialist-designed pathways, achieving 98.7% clinical accuracy in menopause care. The company operates in all Canadian provinces and six U.S. states, with employer channel revenue reaching roughly half of its income in early 2026.
