Bihar voters can cast ballots without a voter ID card using alternative identification

Voters in Bihar can cast their ballots without a voter ID card in the upcoming first phase of elections on November 6. The Election Commission has issued guidelines allowing voters to use alternative identification documents if their voter ID is lost or unavailable. Acceptable alternative documents include Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving license, and other government-issued photo IDs.
