A woman from Bengaluru has found that Zepto, a quick-commerce platform, charges different prices for the same grocery items based on whether users are on Android or iPhone. For example, grapes cost Rs 65 on Android but Rs 146 on iPhone. Pooja Chhabda documented these price differences on Instagram, highlighting other items like capsicum and cauliflower. She questioned Zepto's pricing practices and encouraged others to check their own prices. Users speculated that the disparity may be due to assumptions about the income levels of iPhone users. Zepto has not yet responded to the claims.
