Bengaluru is expected to receive its first rainfall of 2025 on January 13 and 14, due to a cyclonic circulation over the southeast Bay of Bengal. Light showers and shallow to moderate mist are anticipated. The city has recently experienced higher minimum temperatures, ranging from 16.3°C to 17.3°C, above the January average of 15.8°C. A drop in temperatures is expected after January 14. Fog and mist may decrease as easterly winds strengthen, bringing rainfall. The city recorded a minimum temperature of 17.3°C on Friday, which is 2.6°C above normal.
