Ben&Band marks nine years with final nine-piece concert 'Saranggola'

Ben&Ben celebrated its ninth anniversary with a sold-out concert, "Saranggola: The Concert," at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on Oct. 2, marking the final performance of its nine-piece lineup. The concert featured songs from all three of the band's albums, including reimagined versions of hits like "Lifetime" and "Autumn," alongside new 2026 releases. The show was divided into segments dedicated to each album, with members sharing personal stories and career reflections between performances. The event was bittersweet as drummer Jam Villanueva is leaving the group in 2026 due to an arm injury. She delivered an emotional farewell message and played drums one last time during the closing song. The concert will return on April 10, 2027, at SM Seaside Cebu Arena.
