Beanstro coffee shop opens in Binondo with expanded menu and retro design

Beanstro, a coffee shop in Binondo, has transitioned from a colorful takeout truck to a full-fledged café. The new location offers hot drinks, pastries, and rice meals, expanding its menu significantly from its previous offerings. The founders, Jenne To and Paul Evangelista, aim to support local farmers by sourcing coffee beans locally. They also plan to franchise the brand, responding to high interest since their initial pop-up tent during the pandemic. The shop features a vibrant, retro design inspired by global coffee culture. It caters to young adults with affordable prices and unique menu items, including house-baked pastries and specialty drinks. Beanstro is open daily from 12 pm to 7 pm.
