Bazar Rosa Choque in Novo Hamburgo raises record R$ 175,000 for breast cancer screenings

The 10th edition of the Bazar Rosa Choque charity event in Novo Hamburgo raised a record R$ 175,000, surpassing last year's total. The funds will finance mammograms and breast ultrasounds for women on the public health system's waiting list. Held Friday and Saturday at Sociedade Aliança and organized by Grupo Vida Rosa, the event attracted around 1,100 visitors, more than in 2025. Organizers credited the increased turnout and volunteer support for the successful fundraising result. The bazaar offered clothing, shoes, bags, books, and household items at affordable prices. Attendees praised the quality and value of the items, with many shopping until the final moments of the event.
