Bangladesh police arrest suspect in murder of Hindu man at Natore crematorium

Bangladesh police have arrested Md Subaj Hossain, the main suspect in the murder of Tarun Chandra Das, a 60-year-old Hindu man. Das was found dead at a cremation site in Natore district in December, bound and asphyxiated. Hossain confessed to killing Das during a theft at the cremation grounds. He admitted to the crime alongside several associates, who are also implicated in the incident. The police discovered Das's body on December 21, with evidence suggesting he was killed after witnessing the theft. The investigation is ongoing.
