Badenoch attacks Burnham's delayed defence spending plan

Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch has accused Prime Minister Andy Burnham of delaying defence spending, proposing a Conservative plan to reach 3% of GDP by 2030, funded by welfare cuts and other measures.
