Babar Azam was hit on the helmet by a bouncer but continued batting after medical checks. He scored 43 runs and shared a 109-run partnership with Kusal Mendis, helping Peshawar Zalmi post 173/7. Azam also became the first player to reach 4000 PSL runs during the match.
