66% voter turnout in first 2 phases of Lok Sabha polls

The Election Commission of India reported a voter turnout of 66.14% on April 19 and 66.71% on April 26 for the Lok Sabha elections' first two phases. Male turnout was 66.22% and 66.99%, female turnout was 66.07% and 66.42%, and third-gender turnout was 31.32% and 23.86% for the respective phases.
