Azuria Water Solutions acquires RSM Lining Supplies to expand wastewater infrastructure offerings

Azuria Water Solutions has acquired RSM Lining Supplies, a global leader in cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining materials and services. The acquisition expands Azuria's offerings in wastewater infrastructure solutions, integrating RSM's advanced CIPP materials, equipment, and services for various pipe applications. RSM, founded in 2003, will maintain its headquarters in the UK and operations in Australia, complementing Azuria's existing CIPP manufacturing in the UK.
