AZ defender Wouter Goes extends contract until 2030

AZ centre-back Wouter Goes has extended his contract with the club by two years, committing him until mid-2030. The announcement comes days after AZ's 0-4 victory over PSV in the Johan Cruyff Shield. The 22-year-old, who joined AZ's academy from Ajax in 2016, made his first-team debut in early 2023 and has since become a key defensive figure.
