Avisen Legal has announced the addition of attorney Creig Andreasen to its team, enhancing its commercial real estate law services. Andreasen brings extensive experience in real estate transactions and financial services, which will strengthen the firm's capabilities in the Twin Cities. His background includes guiding clients through complex property transactions and advising financial institutions. Andreasen has worked in both private practice and corporate settings, focusing on acquisitions, leasing, and financing. Andreasen is also certified as a Real Property Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association. He previously worked in Target Corporation's real estate department and has taught real estate negotiation at Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
