Autopsies reveal how father killed family in Haute-Saône

A family massacre in Haute-Saône has been clarified by autopsies: a 74-year-old woman died from three violent stab wounds, while two children, aged six and 10, were each killed by a single gunshot to the back. The father, a 42-year-old in the process of separating from his wife, is suspected of killing the three victims before turning the gun on himself with a shot to the chin. The grandmother also showed signs of manual strangulation and bruising, according to the Vesoul prosecutor. The father reportedly filmed the scene and sent it to his wife, saying "this is what you deserve," as the grandmother arrived to pick up the children. The family lived in a bungalow in Gy, and the father had no prior convictions for violent offenses.
