Autopsies reveal details of Haute-Saône family killings

Autopsies in the Haute-Saône family massacre revealed that the two children, aged 6 and 10, each died from a single gunshot wound to the back, fired at close range, while the 74-year-old grandmother died from a major hemorrhage caused by three violent stab wounds. The grandmother also showed bruises and signs of manual strangulation, which may have contributed to her death. The 42-year-old father, the presumed perpetrator, died from a single gunshot to the chin, fired at point-blank range, likely self-inflicted with a 12-millimeter hunting rifle. The father, who was in the process of separating from his wife, allegedly filmed the killings and sent the video to her.
