Australian man faces charges for threatening to crash plane at Singapore's Changi Airport

An Australian man, 36, will face charges for allegedly threatening to crash a plane at Changi Airport. The incident occurred on November 23 while he was boarding a flight. The Singapore Police Force reported that the man made the threat to a cabin crew member. He was removed from the flight and taken to a holding room. While in the holding room, he repeated the threat. He faces two counts of using threatening words, which can result in a fine of up to S$5,000.
