An audiovisual experience significantly reduces stress in children undergoing MRI scans. A study involving 175 children across six European hospitals found a 43% reduction in observed stress levels and a 63% decrease in scan pauses. The project, a collaboration with Philips and Disney, utilized adapted content with familiar characters to create a calmer environment for pediatric patients.
