AT&T launched the AmiGo Jr. Tab 2, a ruggedized 5G Android tablet for children ages 3 to 10, with parental controls for screen-time management. The TCL-built device costs $239.99 upfront, or $4.99 monthly for 36 months with a new line plus a tablet plan. It has an 8.7-inch screen, expandable storage, and stylus support. The tablet runs Android 15, two versions behind current Android 17, and includes Wi-Fi 5. Parental apps offer usage monitoring and location tracking, joining other AmiGo devices like a smartwatch and phone.
