Asos introduces return fees up to £9.90 for some customers

Asos is now charging customers up to £9.90 for returns, sparking widespread customer anger. The new policy targets customers with high return rates, charging a £3.95 handling fee on top of delivery costs for those who keep less than £40 of an order or return over 80% of items across multiple orders. This change replaces a previous free returns policy and aims to curb unsustainable return practices, with customers able to track their return rate in the app.
