Arm Flexible Access scheme expands tool access for designers

Arm Flexible Access scheme extended, offering designers expanded access to tools. The program allows low or no-cost access to Arm design tools, with fees only due upon chip tape-out. Eligibility for startups has been broadened, and a simplified fee structure is now in place for non-startups. The scheme has facilitated over 400 integrated circuit designs, and new IP, including the Ethos-U85 NP, is now available to customers.
