Arcane co-creator confirms series will end with season 2 and promises satisfying conclusion

The animated series Arcane will conclude with its second season, which was always the plan, according to co-creator Christian Linke. He emphasized that the story had a defined beginning and end from the start. Linke noted the challenge of wrapping up multiple character arcs satisfactorily. He expressed the importance of giving each character a proper story, acknowledging the expectations from fans of the game. Season 2 will continue from the dramatic cliffhanger of Season 1, featuring sisters Vi and Jinx on opposing sides in a conflict between Piltover and Zaun. It will premiere on Netflix in November 2024.
