Arby's closes Central Okanagan locations

Arby's has closed both of its Central Okanagan locations, leaving roast beef lovers without a local option. The Kelowna restaurant closed May 23, citing appreciation for community support. The Westside location has been closed since a February fire, with the property owner citing tenant obstruction and disrepair. The property owner also accused the restaurant operator of failing to pay rent and breaching lease terms. Arby's has not commented on potential future openings in the area.
