Apartment prices drop in three Novosibirsk districts

Apartment prices have decreased in three districts of Novosibirsk. This autumn, secondary housing in Zayeltsovsky, Leninsky, and Sovetsky districts became slightly cheaper compared to July, with price drops per square meter ranging from 100 to 1,200 rubles. While most of the city saw price increases, the Central district remains the most expensive, and the most affordable options are in the Kirovsky, Pervomaisky, and Kalininsky districts.
