Andreas Wijk and his father write about life in the free church

Musical artist Andreas Wijk and his father, Pentecostal pastor Thomas Wijk, have co-authored a book. The book, "Pappa eller pastor" (Father or Pastor), details a gay son's struggle and a religious father's journey toward acceptance. The book explores life within a free church culture and the challenges faced when a son comes out as gay to his conservative parents. It recounts their fifteen-year struggle with denial and attempts to change Wijk's sexual orientation. "Pappa eller pastor" is set to be released in October. The authors aim to share their experiences amidst growing conservative sentiments.
