Windt Pearson will oversee corporate and legal affairs for Alaska LNG. City veteran Bill Falsey, currently chief administrative officer, will succeed her as municipal manager. Glenfarne, a New York-based company, is leading the $46 billion Alaska LNG project, which aims to transport North Slope natural gas.
