Anabelle Zurbay, a young Irish Olympian, aims for success in the Winter Olympics slalom events

Seventeen-year-old Anabelle Zurbay will represent Ireland at the Winter Olympics, making her one of the youngest slalom competitors. Zurbay, who moved to Colorado for better skiing opportunities, qualified through her Irish grandmother. She is the sole female athlete on Ireland's four-person team and will carry the Irish flag at the opening ceremony.
