Amorim may include Harry Amass in Manchester United's plans
Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim is reconsidering his plans for young player Harry Amass. The 18-year-old left-back could get more chances to play in the first team. This comes after impressing during a recent match against Leicester City, where he made his senior debut. Amass had previously garnered attention during pre-season in the U.S. He was recognized for his talent but had to wait for his opportunity. Even though another player, Patrick Dorgu, was brought in during the winter transfer window, Amorim may be ready to give Amass more game time soon. The young player still has two years left on his contract with Manchester United and earns £5,000 per week. He has been part of the club’s youth system since moving from Watford. United aims to develop young talent while allowing them to play behind regular starters. There are also reports that other clubs are interested in loaning Amass this summer. He is currently away on international duty with England's under-18 team, looking to showcase his skills in upcoming matches against teams like Czechia and France. Despite competition for positions in the squad, Amorim has not ruled out further opportunities for Amass this season. Meanwhile, the club is exploring options to strengthen its roster for next season, having struggled in the Premier League.
