AMN Healthcare appoints Tomya Watt as Chief People Officer starting January 2025

AMN Healthcare has appointed Tomya Watt as Chief People Officer, effective January 13, 2025. She brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare and talent solutions, aiming to enhance the company's human resources function. Watt previously served as interim Chief Human Resources Officer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where she led a large HR team and improved organizational effectiveness. Her appointment follows the retirement of Carolyn Kenny. Watt holds an MBA from Howard University and a BA in Economics from Spelman College. She is also involved with the Gartner CHRO Healthcare Group and The Conference Board's Labor Market Center.
