Amitabh Bachchan pauses social media on doctor's advice to rest

Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan announced a temporary break from social media on Wednesday after being advised to rest and recover for a few days, apologizing to fans for pausing his regular updates. Bachchan shared the news on X and his official blog, citing strict instructions to limit communication, but did not disclose the reason for the medical advice. He continues hosting Kaun Banega Crorepati and is working on the Kalki 2898 AD sequel. The announcement follows reports that investigators probing a firing incident involving Tiger Shroff are examining whether Bachchan and other Bollywood figures were considered as potential targets, though no connection has been established to his break.
