American collector sells rare Darth Vader action figure for over 110,000 euros

A Darth Vader action figure sold for over 110,000 euros, setting a world record for a Star Wars collectible. This rare figure, featuring a double telescoping lightsaber, is part of Jeff Jacob's extensive Star Wars collection, which has already grossed over 2.2 million euros from two auctioned lots. Jacob's collection, amassed since 1977 and valued between 5 and 7 million dollars, features over 5,000 items, with a third lot scheduled for auction in October 2025.
