Agirc-Arrco supplementary pensions remain unchanged from November 2025

Agirc-Arrco supplementary pensions will not be revalued starting November 1, 2025, due to a lack of agreement between employer and union organizations. The decision means the value of the Agirc-Arrco point will remain unchanged from November 1, 2025, through October 2026. This follows disagreements on the proposed revaluation percentage. Employer organizations favored a 0.2% increase, aligning with a proposed pension freeze in the 2026 social security budget, while unions sought at least 0.6%.
