Agibot begins mass production of humanoid robots in China

The company is backed by major investors, including BYD and Hillhouse Investment, and focuses on robots for both household and industrial tasks. The competition in China's robotics industry is intensifying, with local governments offering support and other firms also entering the market. Recent developments include subsidies from Chongqing and a five-year plan from Hangzhou to promote robotics.
