Aelca nears approval for 68 Avilés apartments

Aelca is finalizing the permitting process for the third phase of its González Abarca development, set to include 68 new apartments. The Avilés city government is expected to approve the construction permit tomorrow. The developer has already begun marketing the new apartments, alongside remaining units from the second phase, which will yield 54 more. Aelca is building on the former site of the Ensidesa engineers' residence. The city government will also consider a permit for a new vocational training center, a significant project aimed at easing pressure on existing institutions.
