Adani Total Gas faces delays in Mangaluru gas station connection due to permission issues

thehindu.com

Adani Total Gas Limited is facing delays in connecting its gas station in Mangaluru to a major pipeline due to unresolved permissions with Kudremukh Iron Ore Company. This has contributed to a shortage of CNG in Udupi district. Union Minister Suresh Gopi addressed concerns raised by MP Kota Srinivas Poojary about long queues at CNG stations. He noted that ATGL is currently meeting demand through alternative methods while working on pipeline connectivity. ATGL has established 10 out of the planned 11 CNG stations in Udupi district, ahead of its 2030 target. However, the connection to the Kochi-Koottanad-Bengaluru-Mangaluru pipeline remains pending.
