Abuja student, Olamide, excels in UTME with high score

A 16-year-old student from Abuja, Olamide Aderibigbe, achieved a remarkable score of 336 in the 2025 UTME, including a near-perfect 98 in Mathematics. Olamide, a student at Starville International School, also scored 86 in Physics, 68 in English, and 84 in Economics. The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) reported that only a small percentage of candidates scored above 300. The UTME results, released on May 9th, showed over 1.5 million candidates scored below 200. Olamide hopes to study architecture at either Covenant University or the University of Ibadan.
