60 million consumers names most reliable smartphones

A survey by 60 Millions de Consommateurs found that less expensive smartphones are not necessarily less reliable. The survey of 1,300 smartphone owners indicated that phones priced between 500 and 699 euros had the lowest failure rate at 5%. Chinese brands like Xiaomi and Sony, and Oppo, were rated as the most reliable. Apple and Google received lower reliability scores, though Google's phones were rated highest for user satisfaction, particularly for camera quality.
