Microsoft separates Teams from Office 365 due to antitrust concerns

Microsoft is separating Teams from Office 365 globally, following the EU's lead to address antitrust concerns. Existing customers can maintain their current bundle, while new users can get Teams for $5.25 or Office packages without Teams for $7.75 to $54.75. The move comes after an investigation prompted by a complaint from Slack in 2020. This decision follows the US Justice Department's recent antitrust lawsuit against Apple.
