1X unveils NEO robot with dexterous hands ready for mass production

Robotics company 1X unveiled a new humanoid robot, NEO, with advanced hands capable of human-like dexterity. The robot demonstrated tasks like separating grapes and screwing in a lightbulb, but also showed unsettling abilities like backward-bending fingers. 1X claims these hands, with 25 degrees of freedom, can perform virtually any human hand task and are ready for mass production.
