bunte.de (German)

A newly released 1938 school report reveals Prince Philip was described as a born leader but also hot-tempered and sometimes too irritable, offering rare insight into his youth. Written by Gordonstoun headmaster Dr. Kurt Hahn, the report was kept in the National Archives and released earlier than its planned 2041 date. Hahn appointed Philip school captain due to his popularity, yet called his irritability his greatest danger. The report also gave Philip an A for intelligence and praised his service sense, courage, and endurance. Philip died in 2021 aged 99; his son Charles later attended the same school.
