Typhoon Bising re-entered PAR; Batanes remains under Signal No. 1

Typhoon Bising has re-entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Sunday evening, according to the weather bureau. The typhoon's center was located northwest of Batanes, with maximum sustained winds of 150 km/h. Signal No. 1 remains up in Batanes, and the typhoon is expected to exit the PAR tomorrow morning. Bising is forecast to weaken as it interacts with Taiwan's terrain and is expected to make landfall in Eastern China. Strong winds are expected in several regions on Monday and Tuesday.
