Over 13,000 people have been impacted by the combined effects of Typhoon "Bising" and the southwest monsoon, according to the NDRRMC. The NDRRMC reported 3,773 families, or 13,006 individuals, were affected across 14 barangays. Some received aid in evacuation centers, while others received assistance outside. Flooding occurred in 25 areas. The agency has distributed over P183,000 in aid. The typhoon, though outside the Philippine area, caused rain and gale warnings in certain areas.
