Microsoft moves keyboard settings; Control Panel fades

The move, spotted in testing builds, allows users to adjust keyboard key repetition settings within Settings. This follows previous migrations of features like mouse trail settings, as Microsoft works towards replacing the Control Panel. The Control Panel, a long-standing Windows feature, is being retired in favor of the Settings panel. This transition, announced in August 2024, is gradually moving features to the newer interface.
