Madras High Court grants interim injunction in "Bro Code" trademark dispute

Actor Ravi Mohan's film "Bro Code" is embroiled in a trademark dispute with an alcoholic beverages company. The Madras High Court granted an interim injunction preventing the beverages company from interfering with the film's production and release, while also restraining the film from using the "Bro Code" trademark for three weeks. The beverages company claims "Bro Code" is a registered trademark for its products, but the film's production company argues the company's trademark application is still pending and they have made out a prima facie case.
