Lons’ 2026-2027 season: comedy, emotion, and reflection on stage

The Espace James Chambaud in Lons has announced its 2026-2027 season, featuring a diverse program of comedy, theater, music, and circus performances. The season follows a successful 10th anniversary year that saw near-sold-out shows. The season opens September 18 with comedian Yann Guillarme, followed by over 20 events through May 2027. Highlights include family shows like "Le bal des doudous" for infants, socially-themed performances addressing climate change and political rhetoric, and concerts from international artists including Ukrainian group Dakh Daughters and Iranian percussionists Keyvan and Bijan Chemirani. The venue will maintain its multidisciplinary approach with five "assis-debout" concerts, partnerships with local organizations, and a focus on themes reflecting contemporary society. Ticket prices range from 8 to 26 euros.
