The new Lollipop Chainsaw game will be playable at Tokyo Game Show 2026, running September 17-21 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan, publisher Dragami Games announced. SEGA will serve as distribution partner in Japan and Southeast Asia. The demo will be available at the SEGA / ATLUS booth, with attendees receiving an original keychain and logo sticker while supplies last. Cosplayer PeachMilky will appear as protagonist Juliet Starling, and two stage events are scheduled for September 18 and 19. The game was first announced in July 2025, following the original's global success. An official title and release platforms have not yet been revealed.
