Lifeguards perform 65 rescues during summer campaign in Sardinia

Lifeguards performed 65 rescues of people in difficulty, primarily at Foxi Lioni, with 11 rescues in rough seas. The summer campaign, running from June 20 to September 30, also saw 233 people removed from beaches for having dogs, and 77 ordered to stop fishing out of hours. The Alpherat Regulus civil protection association managed the service across seven stations, emphasizing a positive outcome due to collaboration with local authorities.
