Kenya Wildlife Service moves giraffes and zebras from Naivasha

Kenya Wildlife Service is relocating 15 giraffes and 150 zebras from Naivasha due to habitat loss. The animals are being moved to Nairobi National Park and Naivasha Wildlife Sanctuary because land-use changes and Lake Naivasha's swelling have reduced their access to food and water. KWS teams are ensuring the safe transfer of the wildlife to new locations to protect biodiversity and reaffirming their commitment to conservation efforts.
