Intel's upcoming Core Ultra Series 3 processors, codenamed Panther Lake, are rumored to reach boost clock speeds of up to 5.1GHz. The leak suggests a range of models with varying core configurations and clock speeds, including the Core Ultra X9 388H at 5.1GHz and others starting at 4.4GHz. These processors are built on Intel's 18A manufacturing process and are expected to feature integrated Arc GPUs with different Xe-core counts.
