Indore's Bhagirathpura residents await clean water as 20-kilometer pipeline replacement begins

Indore's Bhagirathpura will receive clean water after a 20-kilometer pipeline replacement, following deaths from contaminated water. The municipal corporation is replacing old, leaking pipes that supplied dirty water, causing an outbreak of diarrhea and cholera. Residents are currently reliant on water tankers. The pipeline replacement is expected to take two to three months, with some areas receiving supply soon. The delay in the project was acknowledged by a state minister.
